FAQ
What is the cost?
The entry fee is $5 per person, with a maximum of $25 per immediate family. Infants are no charge (3 yrs and under). The entry fee includes all activities EXCEPT the Zip line. Zip line tickets are sold separately and are $5 per ride. The zip line tickets may be purchased online, at the gate, or at the zip line. Cash, Venmo, or CashApp
What about parking?
We encourage everyone to park and walk around the camp. If you are going to the zip line, the best place to park is the lot by the Hammons Auditorium. There is also parking in other locations. See map HERE.
Is the event friendly to handicapped or elderly people?
If you are not able to get out of the car, we would suggest that you wait until after the festival and drive through the camp to see the lights. The camp will be open each night until Christmas Eve for drive-through starting on Dec. 9 at 6:00-9:00.
If you need assistance around the camp during the festival, we have a limited number of carts that are run by camp staff who can transport a disabled person. We will need advance request for this.
What happens in case of bad weather?
There are many of our activities that cannot happen in rain, sleet, or high winds. If the weather is bad, we may choose to cancel. We will carefully watch the weather forecast and will use our FB page to make those announcements. Tickets bought in advance can be used another night of the festival.
How do I buy a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. The link to purchase online is HERE.
At the gate, we accept cash, Venmo, or CashApp.
Is the ticket refundable or transferrable?
The ticket can be used any of the 3 nights of the festival. A ticket is good for entry, no matter who bought it, so yes, it is transferrable. If the festival is cancelled due to bad weather, contact us about a refund.
What age do you have to be to ride the zip line?
The limits are more with size than age. Generally 60 lbs would be the minimum, and 250 lbs is the maximum.
Can you zip more than once?
· Yes, each ticket is $5 per ride. You may zip as many times as you have a ticket.
Is there a registration for the zip line?
There is a liability release form that must be filled out and signed by an adult. This can be done at the zip line.
